What does Tuks stand for?
It was founded as a branch of the Transvaal University College in 1908. Students earned the nickname “Tuks” or “Tukkies” from the abbreviation of the Afrikaans name of the university: Transvaalse Universiteits-Kollege (TUK).
Does University of Pretoria want application fee?
Application Fee:When you submit your study application, you will need to pay an application fee of R300 (30 US Dollars) for 2023. Please note that the application fee is non-refundable.
